Text messages about your case
Most of our cases start on the phone. Before we ever send a text, we ask this, word for word:
“Is it OK if we send you text message updates about your case from Collision Safety Consultants of PA? Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out.”
If you say yes, we note it on your case. If you say no, everything comes by phone and email, and nothing about your case changes.
What we send
- Case status updates
- Requests for documents
- Inspection appointment confirmations and reminders
- One feedback request after your case closes
